Introduction

This study is a call to holy stewardship and mature obedience in the Body of Christ, rooted in the revelation of Ephesians 4:7-16. The ascended Christ, who descended into the lower parts of the earth and rose far above all the heavens, has given grace and gifts to His people—not for personal elevation, but for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry and the building up of His Body until we reach the unity of the faith and the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Through the witness of the Parables of the Faithful Servant and the Talents, and the prophetic pattern of the Servant of the Lord in Isaiah, this teaching establishes that every leader and every saint is accountable to multiply what has been entrusted, to serve with humility and truth, and to walk as faithful stewards before the returning Master. May this study strengthen the hands of those called to equip, sharpen discernment across the Body, and awaken a fresh commitment to faithful service in the vineyard the Lord has assigned.
